• What do I need to do before I can start?
  Make sure you have all the necessary documents at hand: a valid ID, your bank account number, and possibly a work permit. Sometimes we also ask for a certificate of conduct or certificates.
• How do I receive my first assignment?
  TotalFlex will contact you by email or phone as soon as a suitable assignment is available. Your contact person will provide all instructions.
• How do I report being sick or absent for my first assignment?
  Contact your TotalFlex contact person immediately by phone or email, so that we can register your absence and make appropriate arrangements.
• How is my salary paid?
  You receive your salary weekly after your hours have been approved by TotalFlex or the client. Ensure your bank details are correct.
• What are my working hours as a new employee?
  The working hours are determined per assignment. TotalFlex informs you in advance about the exact hours and any special instructions.
• How can I get in touch if I have questions as a new employee?
  You can always call or email your TotalFlex contact person. For urgent questions, contact by phone.
• Are there special rules or dress codes?
  Depending on the client, there may be specific rules or dress codes. TotalFlex will inform you about this before the assignment.
